The native Austrian and internationally experienced top chef Armin Leitgeb is back in Seefeld. Armin is going to start working at the newly designed and completely refurbished Casino Seefeld restaurant again on 13 December, true to the restaurant name “Le Treize” (thirteen in English). “Alpine cuisine” is the philosophy presented on the plate and in the glass at the very highest gourmet standard. A combination, a pot-pourri of alpine cuisine and top-class French savoir-faire cooking. His gourmet compositions are a fusion of both Armin’s home of Austria and the milestones during his international career, mainly focused in France.
Not only do a cosy, urban alpine setting and exceptional dishes await you at “Le Treize” but also pure entertainment, as the food is prepared and arranged in an open kitchen in the 35-seat restaurant where you can experience Armin Leitgeb’s skills and how the outstanding flavour on your plate is conjured up live. Sophisticated, culinary works of art instead of mass production and very personal hospitality guarantee an exceptional experience equally for your palate and well-being.

The “Le Treize” “alpine cuisine” philosophy is offered in an informal, casual gourmet style at lunchtime. And in the evening? We serve the absolute culinary pinnacle of indulgence and always offer 2 different gourmet feasts: an exquisite 5 or 8 course menu. Although guests who don’t want a complete menu can also order and enjoy the individual gourmet dishes from the 2 menus à la carte. Rarely the same and always totally fresh.
Our dishes change constantly. The menus are always put together based on the season, nature and our trusted suppliers – a fine selection of farmers from the alpine region. Armin takes whatever happens to be freshest and superb quality at that moment and turns this into stunning, exquisite creations.
